一、内滑动外固定

聚氨酯保温钢管受热收缩时,一定会有所变化地运动,产生位移现象也是有可能的,而保温构造层与外套管普通都是一种整体构造。外固定即工作钢管和外维护管一定要一同固定才算好,在每一段管道和补偿器的两端,都要设两个很大的钢筋混凝土支墩,这样保证管道的固定不便还是有点益处的。外固定由于需求设钢筋混凝土支墩,所以施工占地大、投资多、工期有时分还长,所以还是之前留意一下比拟好。依据想用的外护管的不同,又可分为塑套钢构造、玻璃钢套钢构造和钢套钢构造。经过理论证明,塑套钢构造目前曾经不顺应直埋蒸汽管道的开展趋向。

把聚氨酯保温管的保温资料和工作钢管经过一定工序使之分离,在后呢就会构成一个整体,保温构造和工作钢管在管道热收缩时一定是一同运动的。外套管与保温构造层之间有10~20mm的间隙,这样的设计构造不只可以起到良好的保温作用,关于排潮来说也是一种牢靠的通道。工作钢管与外套管之距离一段间隔就用一组隔热导向支架来停止支撑,这样能够减少管道位移时的摩擦力,使之在挪动的时分会愈加的烦琐快速。
