According to foreign materials, the service life of high temperature prefabricated directly buried insulating pipes can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of traditional trench laying and overhead laying.

Directly buried heating pipelines do not need to build huge trenches. They only need to bury insulating pipes openly, which greatly reduces the construction area, reduces the amount of earthwork excavation by more than 50%, and reduces the amount of civil masonry and concrete by 90%. At the same time, the processing of insulating pipes and digging ditches on site are stopped in parallel, and the construction period can be shortened by more than 50% with only on-site joints.

The leakage alarm line can be set up according to the customer's request. Once the leakage occurs somewhere in the pipeline, through the transmission of the alarm line, the exact position and leakage level of the insulation pipeline can be displayed on the special detection instrument, so as to inform the inspectors to quickly dispose of the leakage pipeline section and ensure the safe operation of the heating pipeline network.
