Technical characteristics of outer sliding structure:
1. Because there is an air layer between the insulation layer and the outer protective pipe, the water immersed in the pipeline during transportation and construction can be discharged during the gradual heating pipe process, so the fitting method is more suitable for areas with sufficient rainfall and high water level. However, for soils with relatively high contents of chloride and sulfur ions (especially in coastal areas), the corrosion prevention of external steel pipes needs to be enhanced.
2. The outer sliding structure is designed based on the idea of "steel trench". It can make full use of elbow to stop natural compensation, reduce the cost, and reduce the thrust of fixed pier.
3. If the pipeline is divided into several relatively independent parts at the fixed pier and two sets of tidal drainage pipes are installed between the two fixed piers (preferably two sets), the tidal drainage pipes can not only remove wet gas, but also serve as signal pipes for daily operation, and can monitor the operation of the pipeline network at any time.
