The insulation pipe is tightly adhered to the outer skin of the steel pipe because of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, and the air and water entry can be isolated. Its foaming hole is closed and its water absorbency is very small. The HDPE housing and FRP shell have excellent anticorrosive, insulation and mechanical properties. Therefore, the outer skin of the steel pipe is difficult to be eroded by external air and water. According to foreign materials, the service life of high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipe can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of traditional trench laying and overhead laying.

Directly buried heating pipelines do not need to build huge trenches.
