Seven Aspects of PU Insulated Pipe
1. Rigid PU with low thermal conductivity and good insulation performance is used as the insulation material, providing excellent thermal insulation.
2. After normal operation, when 130°C water is conveyed 40 km, the temperature drop is only about 1°C.
3. Strong waterproofing and corrosion resistance; no additional trench is required; can be buried directly underground or in water; construction is simple and fast; overall cost is low.

4. It also has good corrosion and impact resistance at low temperatures and can be buried directly in permafrost.
5. Prefabricated insulated pipe uses a corrosion-resistant HDPE (high-density polyethylene) outer jacket and is unaffected by biological and chemical corrosion.
6. Pipes of various diameters and insulation thicknesses from DN20 to DN1200, together with matching fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, fixed segments, etc.), can be supplied to customer requirements.
7. The product complies with urban construction industry standards of the People's Republic of China, CJ/T 114-2000 and CJ/T 115-2001.
