PU insulated pipe production equipment naturally uses polyurethane as the material; however, polyurethane changes at high temperature, which can make the equipment hard to control and cause deformation, resulting in product defects.
When the PU temperature is too high, the reaction is violent and hard to control, and the foam mix injected into a larger box tends to be non-uniform in properties: the mix injected first has already started to react and its viscosity rises rapidly, while the mix injected later has not yet reacted. As a result, the later mix cannot push the earlier mix to the front of the box foaming path, causing local voids. The black and white components should be temperature-conditioned before foaming, and the foaming temperature controlled at 18~25℃.
