The inner steel pipe shall be coated with two-layer inorganic zinc rich primer (temperature resistance ≥ 400 ℃), and the pipe end shall be sealed with polyethylene film or three-layer PE cold wrapping tape to prevent moisture entering before installation or water entering during construction. The heat loss is effectively reduced by multi-layer staggered seam wrapping of thermal insulation material. At the same time, the measures to control the surface of the jacket prevent the generation of cold bridge, thus ensuring the temperature control of the coating. The multi-layer aluminum foil reflective layer wrapped with thermal insulation material can effectively reduce the heat loss and make the steam pipeline more economical and reasonable.
The anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection are combined to protect the outer steel pipe from corrosion, which can greatly increase the anticorrosion life. The drainage system adopts fully enclosed form, flexible layout, reasonable structure, safety and reliability. The moisture discharge pipe on the steel sleeve can not only discharge the wet gas in time, but also be used as the alarm signal pipe for daily operation. High quality bellows compensator is used for thermal compensation of pipeline, which is installed in casing and directly buried without observation well.
