Recently, Professor Guo Qinxian, Dean of the Shandong Institute of University-Enterprise Cooperation Development, invited Bi Keli, Vice President of the Shandong Revolutionary Old Areas Construction Promotion Association and former Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Guodian Shandong Company, and Wei Guanglin, former General Manager of Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment Group, to inspect and provide guidance at Shandong HAIPO Piping Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HAIPO Piping), a cooperative enterprise of the university-enterprise cooperation alliance. They were warmly welcomed by HAIPO Piping's management.
Li Yongtian, Chairman of HAIPO Piping and a principal initiator of the university-enterprise cooperation alliance, together with the plant manager, accompanied the three visiting leaders and experts through the production workshops. Chairman Li said that although the global situation and the domestic pandemic have had a major impact on enterprises, demand for insulated-pipe products in municipal heat-source projects has grown strongly this year. HAIPO Piping's insulated-pipe orders in the first three quarters already exceeded 60 million yuan and continue to increase. To deliver on time at the contracted quality and quantity, the company invested more than 10 million yuan in May to add a new intelligent production line, so that it can meet customers' higher requirements for different piping products.
Chairman Li also introduced to the three experts the chimney and boiler construction projects that HAIPO Piping has undertaken this year for heating companies. On the premise of ensuring construction quality, they will be fully completed before the end of October, so as to ensure that each heating company can supply heat on time and let the people enjoy the warm care provided by the Party and the government.
The three visiting leaders and specialists highly commended HAIPO Piping for nearly four decades of service to Jinan district heating, and inquired in detail about this year's production and market conditions, as well as technical matters such as the functions of the new pipe production line and the performance and materials of the insulated pipes to be produced.

HAIPO Piping Equipment Performance Introduction I
High-pressure foaming machine: The GZ(Y) series high-pressure foaming machine is special equipment for foaming PU foam plastics. As long as the performance indicators of the PU component raw materials—the isocyanate component and the polyether polyol component—meet the formulation requirements, uniform and qualified foam products can be produced through metering, mixing, and injection by this equipment.
This machine uses a self-cleaning mixing head to complete material mixing and quantitative injection. Therefore, after each mixing and injection, residual mixture in the mixing chamber can be cleared automatically without solvent cleaning. Under the same conditions, each ton of raw material produces 3–4 more cubic meters of foam than a low-pressure foaming machine. The mixing head is guaranteed for a service life of >300,000 cycles.
