(2) Compound type: suitable for low temperature heating medium. The insulation layer of this kind of insulation pipe is composed of two kinds of insulation materials. The inner layer is a new type of low temperature and thermal insulation material, such as centrifugal glass wool felt, composite silicate and glass foam, and the outer layer is made of polyurethane rigid foam plastics.
2. Classification by Maintenance Shell Data

3. According to the location of heat preservation pipe processing
(1) Factory prefabricated insulating pipes: prefabricated insulating pipes stop processing and manufacturing in the factory.

(2) Prefabricated insulating pipes on site: This product is a simple direct buried heating pipeline which came into being in the 1990s in order to save the cost of heating pipeline construction. The steel pipe is transported to the construction site to stop foaming and heat preservation, and winding the FRP maintenance shell after heat preservation.
4. Divide the low-temperature prefabricated direct-buried insulating pipe according to the structure of insulating layer and heat medium steel pipe
(1) Open insulating pipe: a low melting point coating is applied between the insulating layer and the steel pipe, such as low-grade asphalt, heavy oil, etc. It melts after being heated, the pipeline can expand and contract freely in the insulation layer, and the insulation layer and backfill sand adhere to the movement pattern. This type of detachment is mainly used for low temperature composite insulation pipes, such as steam pipes.
(2) All-purpose heat preservation pipes: steel pipes, heat preservation materials and maintenance shells are bonded together to form a whole structure. When the temperature of the steel tube decreases due to the delivery medium, the insulation layer shrinks and moves along with it.
